Before you book
DO YOU TRAVEL? I am located in Panama City Beach, Florida. Any travel outside of Bay County will incur an addition expense, the amount dependent on where the location is.
DO YOU DO YOUR OWN EDITING? I always do my own editing. I enjoy editing almost as much as I do taking photographs! Because I started photography with wildlife and nature, I always try to aim for the most natural colors that represent the scene of the session, with an artistic vision. If you prefer a certain look, please feel free to let me know in advance so that I can envision what you are!
WHAT IF THE WEATHER I BAD? Rain or shine, if you book with us, I will be there. I learned in sports, weather is the one absolute thing you cannot control, you just have to improvise and adjust. If it’s not possible to have the session due to extreme weather, I will do my best to reschedule at your convenience or you will be offered a full refund.
Before The Shoot
I'M BOOKED NOW WHAT? Now that your date is secured, you can relax and enjoy the excitement. We will be reaching out about a week before your shoot to finalize location and other details for the shoot.
DO YOU HONOR SPECIAL REQUESTS? Yes, please feel free to share ideas, poses, or locations you want to include in your session! You may have an idea that we haven’t seen before and we love to try new things!
WHERE ARE WE GOING TO SHOOT? That’s up to you, but we have our recommendations too!
TIPS, TRICKS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE SHOOT? It sounds cliché, but be yourself. You are most attractive when you are being genuine and worry free. We are to ensure you walk away a happy and satisfied
client. I’ve seen it all and heard it all, so don’t be shy. But if you are, make no mistake we will get you out of that shell in no time! Try to avoid clothes with large logos. Glasses are entirely up to you as the client, and we will do our best to avoid any lens glare. Sunglasses are not recommended in any circumstance.
CAN WE BRING OUR PETS? 110% YES. We love animals. Wildlife is what got me started in
photography and we are a household that will always have at least one dog!
After The Shoot
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE? The package you chose will indicates the minimum amount of images your are given, however I do not have a set limit on the maximum amount! I like to give my clients multiple shots from the same look as they may like one more than myself.
DO YOU OFFER SNEAK PEEKS? Yes for an additional fee, we can select a few of the top photos and provide a sneak peak within 24 hours for an additional fee.
WILL THEY BE HIGH RESOLUTION AND CROPPED? Yes, your files will be in high resolution and cropped. If you need additional cropping, please let me know.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTING? LARGE FORMAT FILES? We do not make prints but can give you recommendations of where to get them done. If you are wanting an image printed in a large format, please let me know so that I can give you the largest file with the most detail, which will be best for large prints.
HOW ARE THE DIGITALS DELIVERED? A link will be provided to an album where images can be downloaded individually or all at once.
DO YOU DELIVER THE UNEDITED IMAGES? No, the RAW files that we use as photographers is very different than what you may see after you take a picture with a phone. The original files are for our eyes only.
CAN YOUR FAMILY AND/OR FRIENDS VIEW OUR PHOTOS? Yes the link provided for your gallery is accessible to anyone with the link, unless you prefer otherwise, we can limit access.
DO YOU OFFER BLACK AND WHITE IMAGES? All images are downloadable in Black and White with the link provided.
HOW LONG ARE IMAGES SAVED? We always recommend backing up your files on a storage device, or even in multiple places. Your finished photos will always be kept on a local storage should you need to access them again.
WILL YOU HONOR REQUESTS FOR MORE EDITS? If there’s something I missed, like a stray hair or a wrinkle you don’t like, we can easily make those corrections. Portraits may require additional fees depending on the type of session.
CAN I ALTER IMAGES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED? You are paying me for a service to provide you with a product. Once I have delivered you that product and the contract has been fulfilled, I feel that you have the right to do with them as you please. However, if you do any further editing or AI enhancing, then it is no longer my creation, it is yours. I just ask that I not be credited for any further changes once the final images have been delivered. I also hold the rights to use the original edits for social media and advertising purposes.
